Nazrul Jayanti is the birthday of Kazi Nazrul Islam, the national poet of Bangladesh. The day is celebrated by Bengalis around the world to pay tribute to Nazrul and his works. Like other schools, a discussion programme and a colourful event has celebrated in CDF School. In this programme, three honourable freedom fighters were present as guest speaker. They delivered speech and shared their experience associated with liberation war. Students present speeches about Kazi nazrul’s life and his works. Then, they performed wonderful cultural activities with Nazrul’s song, poem and so on. The purpose of this programme is to remember Nazrul and know about his contribution and make students conscious about our culture.
